1. What we collect

We do not collect card or banking details through this website. Payment is arranged separately once we contact you.

• Your name and delivery address, so we can send your order
• Your chosen contact handle — phone number, email, or social username — so we can confirm the order
• Order contents and totals
• Your email address, if you subscribe to our newsletter

2. Information stored in your browser

Your cart, wishlist, order history and any reviews you write are stored in your own browser using localStorage. This data stays on your device — it is not transmitted to us and we cannot read it.

Clearing your browser data will erase your local order history. It does not affect orders we have already received and confirmed.

3. Why we use it

• To confirm, prepare and deliver your order
• To contact you about that order on the channel you chose
• To respond to enquiries and support requests
• To send occasional updates, only if you opted in

4. Who we share it with

We share your name, address and phone number with the courier delivering your parcel — that is the only routine sharing we do.

We use Resend to send transactional email. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone, ever.

5. How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as we need them for tax and accounting purposes under Nepali law. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

6. Your rights

To exercise any of these, email contact@tropijoynp.com. We will respond within 30 days.

• Ask what personal information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct anything inaccurate
• Ask us to delete your information, where we are not required to keep it
• Unsubscribe from marketing at any time

7. Security

The site is served over HTTPS and we keep personal information to a minimum. No system is perfectly secure, but collecting less is the most reliable protection we can offer.
